Sounds like you’re doing well. I finally got the Substack app so I can push the “like” button and comment…it was a hassle through email. I enjoy the intellectual reading…keep up the intellectual writing and happy 2026!
That's a lot of Peter Brown for 1 year! I've been working through Liberation Beyond Imagination myself, I think based on your recommendation or maybe an interesting pull quote you'd made earlier in the year. It's a hefty boy though, and I only do a few pages in my morning routine, and that's rotated between several other books, so just the 1 will take some time to digest. I do appreciate all the new writers and concepts you've helped direct me towards 🙏
I'm glad my scattered quotes and recs are helpful. Yes, I downed a lot of Peter Brown books in 2025! Noticed it even more fully in retrospect. Just riding the reading daemon. And yes, Liberation Beyond Imagination is a huge tome, almost ridiculously so. I read it like you are now, in small daily doses. But with occasional big gulps. That's how I read everything lately, which is why I'm always surprised at how many pages and books rack up by year's end.
